Home office flooring
Desk chairs, long days and video calls. A home office floor needs to cope with castors and keep the room quiet.

Before you choose
Things to think about
-
Cut the echo
Carpet or a good acoustic underlay makes calls sound clearer.
-
Chair-proof
Choose a hard-wearing finish or use a chair mat to protect the floor.
-
Brighten up
Lighter floors bounce daylight around a small study.
-
Minimal disruption
Most home offices are fitted in a single day.
