Quotes

Quotes are based on the measurements and conditions found when we assess your room. Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for 30 days.

Subfloors & preparation

Some floors need subfloor preparation such as levelling. We’ll tell you about this before you go ahead and include it in your quote. If hidden problems are found once old flooring is lifted, we’ll explain the options before any extra work is done.

Fitting day

Please clear small items and empty any furniture that needs moving before we arrive. Doors may need trimming where the new floor is thicker; we’ll tell you in advance.

Payment

Payment terms will be set out on your quote.

Product guarantees

Manufacturer guarantees apply to the products we supply, subject to the manufacturer’s terms. We’ll give you care information for your new floor.
